We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults based on clinical experience and areas of expertise.
- Conduct initial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies.
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and other team members to ensure high-quality client care.
- Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and staff meetings.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Active New York State LMSW license in good standing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
- Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical or private practice setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, or families is a plus.

Schedule
Full-time opportunities are available. Evening and weekend availability is a plus.
Compensation: $48.00 - $55.00 per hour
